What is the location of the monogramming?
The option is yours, it can be personalised with your initials on the neck strap of the bow tie where the bow tie hooks or on the bottom corner of the bow tie. 
What is the font and size of the monogramming?
Bree Serif. The height of the monogramming is 6.6mm.
How many letters can I have monogrammed?
Up to three letters can be monogrammed on the bow tie but we would love to help your design come to life if we can. From business logo, to the digits from a special date, we can try make it happen.

What material are your bow ties?
They are 100% natural silk.
Are the bow ties pre-tied?
Sure are! All our bow ties are pre-tied for your convenience and also have an adjustable neckline for comfort and sizing purposes.
What are the bow tie measurements?
The adult bow tie measurements are 12cm x 6cm and the box containing the tie measures approximately 14cm x 8.5cm. Where as the kid bow tie measurements are 10cm x 6cm. 
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any monogrammed items. Louzo prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.
We do offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unworn with all original attachments, labels and tags intact. Email us at and one of our friendly team members will assist with your returns process!
Please note all return shipping costs will be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested, except in cases where the item is deemed to be faulty by our team. 
What happens if I was sent an incorrect or faulty product?
We are very sorry! In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty or if the monogramming is incorrect, please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery. We will need a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to where we endeavor to respond as soon as possible!
If an item is deemed faulty and a refund is requested, the funds will be deposited into your original payment account within 14 business days upon return approval. Please visit our Returns page for more information
I ordered the wrong item by accident, am I able to change it before you ship it out?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed, due to the monogramming production process. We may be able to cancel an order if it is still in the very early stages of processing. For further queries please contact as soon as possible and we will assist in any way we can.
Will I get a confirmation email once I place my order?
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with shipping details, once the order is processed.
All orders are processed within 2 business days, with the exception of sale periods as there may be a delay in processing. This delay can range anywhere between 3-5 business days.

What are your Delivery times?
As our products are monogrammed, please allow 2 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch except during sale periods there may be a delay in processing for up to 3-5 days due to the monogramming. Our warehouse is based in Queensland, Australia so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Absolutely, Louzo ships worldwide using an international delivery service.
How do I track my delivery?
With every purchase you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched! This will include a delivery estimate and a tracking link once this is available through the nominated tracking service.
If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder (sometimes they are hiding in there). If you still cannot locate your confirmation email or delivery estimate please contact us at so we can further assist.
What happens if I’m not home?
All of our orders are shipped and require a signature on delivery unless authority has been given to leave without a signature. Please note Louzo is not responsible for any items that are left unattended.
What currency are the prices in?
All pricing will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What payment methods do you use?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, credit & debit cards and PayPal. We do not currently offer Afterpay.
