Please read the terms of service before using and purchasing anything from the Louzo website. Any submission of your personal information through Louzo is governed by our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms of service, then you must not access the website. We also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
We may also change these terms of service at any time therefore it’s the user’s responsibility to check these terms of service for changes prior to use of the website.
  
Ordering and age limit
 As by visiting the Louzo website and purchasing anything from Louzo you are agreeing to the following terms of service and agreeing that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You are solely responsible for all the activities and purchases that occur under your credentials and / or account.
  
Products of Service 
Louzo reserves the right to change the prices of the products without any notice and we also reserve the right to discontinue any product anytime without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we modify or discontinue the website.
For all products on the Louzo website there is limited quantities and therefore we cannot guarantee that the product will be in stock when you have finalized checkout.
We will ensure that the Louzo website is kept up to date with trying to display the quantities as accurate as possible. If we do not have the product available when your checkout is finalized, we will not be liable and we will immediately send you and email regarding this situation and Louzo will issue you a refund or put you on the waiting list for when the product next becomes available.
Louzo endeavors to display the all the images and descriptions of the products on the website as accurate as possible but we cannot guarantee that your devices screen will display the same colour of accuracy. Louzo is also not responsible if any information on this website is not accurate and any reliance on the information provided by our website is at your own risk.
 
Order changes
Louzo is not liable for the accuracy of your order and you agree to accept responsibility of double checking an order before it is finalised.
You are to ensure you have entered in the correct personalized letters you want monogrammed on your product if you want the bow tie monogrammed.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed, due to the monogramming production process. We may be able to cancel an order if it is still in the very early stages of processing. For further queries please contact Kalinda@louzo.com.au.
  
Processing and Shipping 
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.
Please allow 2 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch except during sale periods there may be a delay in processing for up to 3-5 days due to the monogramming.
Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia so shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Louzo does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to incorrect addresses or items which are returned to the sender by these following reasons: incorrect address, failure to pay taxes or custom fees and if the package is unclaimed from the post office. If the package is returned to us it’s the customers responsibility to email Louzo at Kalinda@louzo.com.au to rearrange a redelivery and will be liable to pay for the postage costs. Louzo also does not take any responsibility for any damages or theft if the item is left unattended at your postal address.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not offer a returns, exchanges or refunds on any monogrammed items. Louzo prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.
We do offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unworn with all original attachments, labels and tags intact otherwise it cannot be returned. Email us at Kalinda@louzo.com.au and we will let you know the next steps. Please note if the item is purchased during a sale period or with a discount code its exempt from exchanges or credit notes.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.  
However if your item is deemed faulty or if the monogramming is incorrect, please contact our customer service team Kalinda@louzo.com.au and one of our friendly team members will assist with your returns process.
In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty or if you have received incorrect monogramming on your item Please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to Kalinda@louzo.com.au where we endeavor to respond within 48 hours to reach a satisfactory resolve and assist with your returns process.. If a refund is requested once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund where it may take 14 days for your funds to appear in your account. 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
 
Emailing, Promotions and Discounts
Any promotions or discounts will be announced on all social media outlets and people signed up to the newsletter. If a discount code is valid, it’s the customers responsibility to apply this at the time of the purchase. Louzo takes no responsibility and is not liable to apply a discount code to a order once it has been finalised.
If an email address is provided to us, you are giving consent for Louzo to send promotional emails and electronic communications. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us at any time.
 
Accuracy of account information and billing
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up to date account information when finalizing an order or signing up to a newsletter on the Louzo website.
 
Errors and inaccuracies
There may be information and material on our website relating to typographical errors, omissions in relation to product descriptions, availability, products, promotions, descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges and transit times which is an error or inaccurate. We apologize for such oversites and we reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies and errors at any time without notice.

In the event that you provide Louzo with creative ideas, suggestions or plans or other material whether it’s through email, online, mail or through our social media platforms. The you agree that we can edit, copy, publish, distribute, publish and use any comments that you have forwarded to us. We can also use it through any social media site that Louzo uses and it can also be used for any other marketing channels.
We are also under no obligation to pay any compensation for what you sent to us, including royalty related to the marketing. You are also solely responsible for any comments that you do make, and their accuracy and we take no responsibility or liability for any comments posted by you or a third party.
